Preparation:
- Use Silicone Pads or protective cream and eye protection paper as per instructions.
- Mix 2 cm of dye with 15-20 drops of 3% cream oxidant to form a creamy paste.
- Apply on eyelashes and eyebrows. Leave for 5 to 10 minutes.
- Remove with cotton and water.
- If using the blond to lighten eyebrows before coloring, reduce the processing time to 1-5 minutes.
- With the RefectoCil eyelash curler, processing time for the dye is only 2 minutes.
